This year I will only be doing Scholastic book orders online. You can order any time, no need to wait for a flyer or due date. I receive an email when there is an order. There is no cost for shipping and we all end up getting better deals! Our class code is "J42WC" Click here to get set up!

Snack and Lunch

Students are responsible for bringing their own HEALTHY morning snack. I do not store big boxes of snacks, just send your kiddo with their nutritious choice each day! While we're talking about food, our lunch will be each day at 11:10. See you tomorrow!

Welcome to a new year!!!!

Welcome to a new school year at Arrowhead! I am very excited to be your child's teacher. If you've found this blog, chances are you joined us for open house on August 26th! Thanks! If not and you found us through the school website, welcome, and please send your child's supplies in the first day! I am looking forward to another great year in third grade. This will be my second year in third grade at Arrowhead. I have also taught kindergarten and worked in childcare/preschool in the past. I am passionate about early childhood. Third graders amaze me because they are maturing beyond early childhood and are capable of SOOOO much! Third graders are busy and I enjoy using a variety of tools, games, centers, to keep them learning in new and interesting ways. I am passionate about teaching with technology and will keep you posted as we add more elements of tech to our days here at Arrowhead. At the beginning of the year we will be enjoying the computer lab and the Ipad lab. Soon soon soon our interactive projector will arrive and we will be enjoying technology in almost every lesson! Wahoo!!! Thank you for your constant support of your child. I believe that every child is able to learn and be successful and that parent support is key!
